  • Tap My Trees offers maple sugaring information and supplies.  Maple sugaring is a great activity for children in late winter / early spring.  Learnings include environmental (utlizing Mother Nature for food sources), science (sap flow in maple trees created by weather conditions), math (ratios, temperature scales), and cooking (utilizing both maple sap and maple syrup in recipes).
